Jay Gormley is the principal of Jay Gormley & Associates. He has more than 33 years of experience in the real estate industry and construction area. Jay began his career at Jack Conway & Company, Inc. in 1984 with a desire to build new homes throughout the area. He bought his first parcel of land in 1986...As the years passed, Jay continued to help clients find the property they desired, constructed many new houses, and advanced into real estate corporate management in the Brockton / Easton area.

In 1992, Jay purchased a 9-lot subdivision in Bridgewater, Massachusetts where he met Tony Chaves of Chaves & Cincotta, Inc., a premier builder and land developer who advised Jay with his first major project. Jay Gormley & Associates eventually represented Chaves & Cincotta, Inc. as their in-house Realtor, successfully marketing hundreds of new homes in Bridgewater and the South Shore area.

Then in 2011, Jay formed a partnership with Tony Chaves known as Quail Hollow, LLC., a full-service real estate development company that purchases land throughout the area. They specialize in residential, commercial, and custom building.

Jay, with his associate Christina Riedl, are deeply passionate about helping their families, friends, and clients purchase the home of their dreams.
